Terms & Conditions

Please read these terms carefully before booking a farmhouse, resort, day outing, event package or overnight stay through My Resorts Pune.

Important booking information

Property-specific prices, timings, food inclusions, cancellation rules and security deposits may vary. The final details shared in your written WhatsApp confirmation or booking receipt will apply to your reservation.

Acceptance of Terms

By contacting My Resorts Pune, submitting a booking enquiry, making an advance payment or using any property arranged through us, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

The person making the booking is responsible for informing all guests included in the reservation about the applicable rules and conditions.

Booking Confirmation

An enquiry does not guarantee availability. A booking is considered confirmed only after the required advance payment has been received and a written confirmation has been shared by My Resorts Pune.

  • Guests must provide the correct name, mobile number, dates and group size.
  • Any change in the number of guests must be communicated before arrival.
  • Unregistered visitors may be refused entry or charged separately.
  • Government-issued identification may be required for every adult guest.

Prices, Advance Payments & Balance

Package prices depend on the selected property, dates, guest count, stay duration, food plan, event requirements and additional services.

  • The required advance amount will be communicated before confirmation.
  • The remaining balance must be paid within the timeline mentioned in the booking confirmation.
  • Extra guests, food, decorations, equipment or extended hours may attract additional charges.
  • Payments must be made only to the authorised account or payment method shared by our team.
  • Taxes or statutory charges may be added when applicable.

Cancellation, Rescheduling & Refunds

Cancellation and rescheduling rules may differ by property and package. The specific policy communicated at the time of booking will take priority.

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing through WhatsApp or email.
  • Advance payments may be non-refundable for selected dates, weekends, holidays or special events.
  • Rescheduling is subject to availability and may involve price differences or rescheduling charges.
  • No refund may be provided for late arrival, early departure or unused services.
  • Approved refunds, where applicable, will be processed after deduction of payment gateway or administrative charges.

Check-in, Check-out & Stay Timings

Guests must follow the arrival and departure timings mentioned in their booking confirmation. Timings can vary between Mayurvan Farmhouse, Vedanta Resort and Shivshree Farmhouse.

  • Early check-in and late check-out require prior approval.
  • Additional charges may apply for extended use of rooms, lawns, pools or halls.
  • Guests should inspect the property at check-in and promptly report any existing damage.
  • Keys, remotes and property equipment must be returned before departure.

Guest Conduct & Responsibility

Guests must behave responsibly and respect the property, staff, neighbours, local laws and other guests.

  • Illegal activities, weapons, drugs and unsafe conduct are strictly prohibited.
  • Loud music must stop at the time prescribed by the property or local authority.
  • Guests must supervise children, elderly guests and persons requiring assistance.
  • Pets are allowed only where specifically confirmed in writing.
  • Smoking and alcohol consumption are subject to property rules and applicable laws.
  • Management may remove any guest whose behaviour creates risk, nuisance or property damage.

Property Damage, Security Deposit & Lost Items

The booking guest is responsible for damage, breakage, excessive cleaning, missing items or loss caused by any member of the group.

  • A refundable security deposit may be collected by the property.
  • Damage charges may be deducted from the deposit or collected separately.
  • Guests are responsible for their personal belongings, vehicles, cash and valuables.
  • My Resorts Pune and the property are not responsible for lost or unattended belongings.
  • Found items may be stored temporarily, and delivery costs must be paid by the guest.

Swimming Pool, Games & Other Amenities

Amenities are provided subject to availability, maintenance, weather, safety requirements and property-specific operating rules.

  • Guests use swimming pools, rain dance areas, play equipment and games at their own risk.
  • Children must remain under responsible adult supervision near water and activity areas.
  • Glass items, unsafe behaviour and running near the pool may be prohibited.
  • Appropriate swimming attire may be required.
  • An amenity may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, weather or safety concerns.

Food, Dietary Needs & Special Arrangements

Meal inclusions and timings will be stated in the selected package. Special menus, Jain food, decorations, music systems, bonfires and event arrangements must be requested in advance.

  • Guests must inform us about allergies or dietary restrictions before arrival.
  • Outside food may be restricted by the selected property.
  • Additional meals, snacks or menu changes may attract extra charges.
  • Food service timings must be followed to maintain quality and smooth operations.

Third-Party Properties & Services

My Resorts Pune may facilitate bookings with independently operated farmhouses, resorts, caterers, decorators, transport providers and other service partners.

Property operations, on-site rules and service delivery may be controlled by the respective service provider. We will assist with communication and issue resolution but cannot guarantee matters beyond our reasonable control.

Weather, Emergencies & Force Majeure

My Resorts Pune will not be liable for delays, cancellations, service restrictions or losses caused by events beyond reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, road closures, government orders, strikes, power failures, public emergencies or similar events.

Where practical, we may assist with rescheduling or an alternative option, subject to property approval, availability and applicable charges.

Limitation of Liability

Guests are responsible for evaluating whether a property and its amenities are suitable for their group. My Resorts Pune is not liable for injury, illness, accident, theft, indirect loss or damage resulting from guest negligence, violation of rules or circumstances outside our control.

Nothing in these terms limits any right or responsibility that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

Property Photos & Website Information

We aim to display accurate property photos and information. However, furniture, landscaping, decorations, amenities and surroundings may change due to maintenance, seasonal conditions or property improvements.

Guests should confirm any essential requirement with our booking team before making payment.

Personal Information & Communication

Information submitted for booking may be used to process enquiries, communicate with guests, coordinate property services and maintain booking records.

By providing your phone number or email address, you allow us to contact you regarding your enquiry, booking, payment, stay instructions and related customer support.

Changes to These Terms

My Resorts Pune may update these Terms & Conditions when required. Updated terms will be published on this page. The terms applicable on the date of your confirmed booking, along with the written booking confirmation, will govern your reservation.

Governing Law & Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute should first be raised with My Resorts Pune so that both parties can attempt an amicable resolution.

Subject to applicable consumer law, disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
